We deliver to all addresses in Kirkwall and St Ola free of charge Monday to Friday. Elsewhere on the Orkney mainland delivery is £5. The minimum order value is £20. Delivery charges to all areas are calculated upon your postcode and are shown directly below.
For delivery to the outlying islands, we deliver free to John Brackenridge Transport depot in Kirkwall. Your local carrier will pick up the package from the depot on the days indicated and take it to your island depot. You can then contact them directly and arrange either for you to pick it up from them or have them deliver the items to your home or business. Your local carrier will charge a standard fee for this service. Please contact them directly if you are unsure of their normal delivery rates.
Please Note: Sanday has more than one carrier. You may want to contact them yourself to arrange pickup if you have a preference.

My order has not arrived
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive please contact our customer service team on email@example.com or phone us on 01856 874 203 quoting your dispatch number reference. Please note: our business hours are Monday – Saturday 9am until 5pm and Sunday 12pm until 4pm
My order has arrived damaged
If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the order and we will arrange for the damaged items to be collected and replaced.

I am missing items from my order
Wellpark aim to despatch your total order in its entirety in one consignment. In exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to do this due to stock availability. In such a situation we will notify you and will let you decide if you want to proceed with the order.
If, when you receive your order, you have not received all of your items, please check the delivery note to make sure it was in that consignment.
If it is listed on the delivery note please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery on email@example.com or phone us on 01856 874 203 with the delivery reference number and missing items.
